At Something Went Wrong, we believe perfection is overrated, but your satisfaction isn't. If your order isn't quite the right fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email and refund once our warehouse inspects the items.
